WorldServer - Is it possible to set specific TM penalties for terms that may have multiple meanings and result in multiple exact match?

Is it possible to set specific Translation Memory penalties for terms that may have multiple meanings and result in multiple exact match?

Multiple exact matches are penalized in WorldServer using the following property in tm.properties: 

tm_score_multiple_exact_match_penalty 

This setting penalizes exact matches (excluding SPICE and ICE) where there are multiple distinct translations for the identical source text.
