Question
Some Tridion Docs users get a pop-up with an invalid security certificate alert. While it doesn't stop the site from working, it would be good to have an explanation as to why it's displayed, and how to get rid of it.

Answer
On those users PC, can you ask those users to check whether the root certificate of the site's main certificate (of https://<host>/ISHCM) is saved under their Trusted Root Certificate Authorities store on their PC.

To check this, the user should run the mmc tool (Windows button > Run > mmc). Go to file > Add snap in and add the "Certificates" snap in for the local machine.
Is the GlobalSign root certificate listed under "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities"?

If not, try accessing the https://<host>/ISHCM web page via Internet Explorer. This should automatically import the GlobalSign root certificate under the "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities" store, otherwise upon viewing the root certificate under IE it should allow you to import the certificate to the appropriate "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities" location.
