Symptoms/Context

Since TMS 11.3, the Inbox has been updated to a new technical preview of the next version of the TMS inbox.

Resolution

If you would prefer not to use the new inbox format, then you can revert back to the legacy inbox format by following these instructions:

Go to My Details
Click at the Edit icon in the Menu bar
Click at the User Preferences tab
Uncheck the Enable Inbox technical preview option
