Infoshare STS Architect server errors on connection
Symptoms/Context
After installing LiveContent, you receive the message Sequence contains no elements
Open the webpage for LiveContent
Session is being forwarded to the STS
Either a ErrorPage 500 appears or Sequence contains no elements error is thrown
Resolution
Open IIS and check which certificate is used
If a root certificate is used, go to the section Root certificate
If no root certificate is used, go to the section Signing Certificate

Export the root certificate, if not already done, to a temporary location.
On your keyboard press the key combination: Windows Key + R
In the Run dialogue enter: MMC and press OK
Point to File > Add/Remove Snap-in
Choose Certificates and click Add
Select Computer account and click Next
Make sure that Local Computer is selected and click Finish
In the add or Remove Snap-ins, click OK
Expand Certificates and right click on Trusted Root Certification Authorities
Check if the root certificate has been installed. If not, import the root certificate that was exported in step 1

Export the signing certificate to a temporarily location.
Repeat step 2 - 8
Expand Certificates and right click on Personal
Check if the signing certificate has been installed. If not, import the signing certificate that was exported in step 1
Root Cause
The reason why you get this message is because the STS is unable to either find the signing certificate or is not able to validate the signing certificate
