We had an error with running validate under Arbortext Editor even after increasing the ARR timeout to a value higher than 240 seconds. This results in an error 502 bad gateway message being returned to Arbortext editor.
Resolution
Please open a request at https://gateway.sdl.com/ for the hotfix to CRQ-39283. This fix will be included in future releases.
