Question
How to link a Language Weaver Machine Translation (NMT) account to a Trados Cloud account?
Answer
  1. You will need two tabs open one for  Language Weaver  Cloud and the other one for Language Cloud/Trados Enterprise/Trados Team/Cloud capabilities. 
  2. Go to Language Weaver portal https://portal.languageweaver.com/login
  3. Log in with Language Weaver user and e-mail 
  4. Go to Settings: https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/account
  5. Go to API Credentials: https://portal.languageweaver.com/settings/api-credentials
  6. Click on Create API CredentialsUser-added image
  7. Provide a Name for the API Credentials  - either the name of the translator or the LC Account that this will be linked with

  9. You will receive a confirmation message window - in this window there is the Client ID and a hidden Client Secret Key - please click on Copy symbol

  11. In a different browser go to Language Cloud account and log in https://languagecloud.sdl.com/
  12. Go to the User menu in the top right corner and select the Manage Account option User-added image
  13. On the bottom of the page, you should see Language Weaver and two empty fields
    1. Client ID
    2. Client SecretUser-added image
  14. Insert/Paste the Client Id and Client Secret code there
  15. Click on Save credentials in the Manage Account window in Language CloudUser-added image
