Cannot find dbimport_databasename.log or dbexport_databasename.log files. The dbimport/dbexport log files are written to the TEMP path defined in Control Panel/System/Advanced system settings/Environment Variables/User variables window. For example: %/USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\# or to another directory like C:\Temp.

Change the Folder and Search Options/View Hidden files and folders option to Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
If this is not an option for some sites they need to change User variables setting to a place they have the files written to.
