WORKAROUND 1.1. Open the affected project in Studio and then double click on it to be in the
Files view.
2. From the top menu, in the
Layout section, select
Confirmation statistics layout.
3. In the error message that you got, the last number is called Total. In the layout you just selected, you will have a column called Words. Find the file that has the number of words that you see in the error message after Total.
4. Right click on this file, go to Batch Tasks and choose Translation Count and then Word Count.
The number in the Words column should change now. Reload your page in the GroupShare Web UI and try to open that project again. If the error happens again, check if there is another file in this state, you can use the number after "Total" to identify the problematic file.
Alternative: run the "Translation Count" and then "Word Count" batch tasks on all file in the project
WORKAROUND 2.
Run the Pre-Translate batch task for the whole project and after it finished, reload your page in the GroupShare Web UI and try to open that project again.
