The SDL Language Enterprise TMS Support team works on TMS break/fix related requests unless if its an Application admin customers. As terminating Jobs, uploading/downloading files, Modifying step, etc. are administrative type requests, they would not be something the SDL LE TMS Support team would handle. SDL Internal requestors should be referred back to their manager to review their process on how to handle the request. Clients should be referred back to whomever at their company manages their TMS environment. |
