Clicking the Login button several times rapidly causes the Trados Application Service on the Trados GroupShare application server to get into a state where it stops accepting requests from MultiTerm Online. This issue has been reported to our development team as a defect (CRQ-17623) and it has been fixed starting with Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 Cumulative Update 7 - build 15.1.7.10168, (released on August 4th 2022). |
