To resolve the problem, please perform the following:
1- Login on the Multitrans application Server (If you do not have access, please refer to your IT department)
2- Go to folder c:\windows\temp
3- Confirm if you have over 70k (or close to) of total files
4- Delete everything older than 2 weeks (Make sure you do not deleted everything as some Temp files might be still in use by the system but keep 2 weeks behind should be safe)
As a side note, in order to prevent this situation in future, we suggest that you create a new Windows task Scheduler on your server to run a batch script to deleted files older than 2 weeks on monthly basis
