RWS Workzone
Symptoms/Context
When trying to register to RWS Workzone, one of the below error messages is received. There might be other site-related issues as well.

There was a communication problem with the authentication server. Please contact your System Administrator for more information.
Oops!, something went wrong
There could be a misconfiguration in the system or a service outage. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us. Please try again.


 
Resolution
Try to complete your registration using another internet browser or incognito mode.

If issues persist, please email the Workzone team directly with your details at: "AICommunity@rws.com"
