The Customer can uninstall the
Chef Client version, and install a newer one, that has no security vulnerabilities. Here are the steps to uninstall/reinstall the
Chef Client application:
1. Connect (RDP) to the
Trados GroupShare application server with the service user
2. Download the latest version of
Chef Client: https://downloads.chef.io/products/infra-client3. Open the
Trados GroupShare console ->
Services ->
Stop services3. Go to
Control Panel ->
Programs ->
Programs and Features ->
Uninstall Chef current version
4. Install the newer
Chef Client version
5. Restart the
Trados GroupShare services (
