You want to change the local path where the Cloud Capabilities / Trados Team / Accelerate / Enterprise project information is saved once you download it in Trados Studio.
Resolution
Open TradosStudio
Go to File > Setup > Locations
Adjust the Download path for cloud projects to the location where you want to save your projects moving forward by Browsing to the new location of your choosing. The default location is C:\Users\%userName%\Documents\Studio 202X\Projects
