Flow Creating a new Project Manager or Provider account

Question
What is the process of creating a new Flow account?
Answer
Log into Flow portal as a Project manager or admin account. Important Note: Only a Flow "Admin" account would be able to create or manage "PM" account. But a PM account has the rights to created and manage "Provider" accounts.
go to Providers tab > Manage > add
From the role drop down box select the type of account
