Workaround 1:
You need to Drag & Drop the Custom Inline Settings to the Project.
- In Passolo, click on Project > click on Inline Patterns
- Click and hold on the Custom Pattern that you want to add to the Project
- Drag and Drop to the Project
- Now the Project that you export will contain that Custom Inline Pattern
These settings are also stored in this location:
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Passolo 2022\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Passolo 2018\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Passolo 2016\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
NOTE: If you do not find this folder, make sure that these files are not hidden. See KB article Showing hidden files, folders and extensions on Windows operating systems
Workaround 2:
- You can go to the above mentioned location
- Copy the files there and send them to the user that needs those Custom Inline Patterns for their Passolo Translator
- They need to copy those files in the below location:
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Passolo Translator 2022\AddIn\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Passolo Translator 2018\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\Passolo Translator 2016\AddIn\PslInlinePatterns
