When the Translation Memory contains an entry with the formatted text x - text x with "x" is a number (for example: Article 1 - Paragraph 1), the auto-substitution is not working as expected. 

Manually edit the number in the target segment

When the Translation unit saved in the Translation Memory has the same placeables then Trados Studio does not know which is the first or the second one as the sentence can have the topic reversed.

In conclusion, Trados Studio needs a different placeholder to be 100% sure about its location. Otherwise, it will apply a fuzzy match so the translator can review the segments.
