MultiTerm Online - The "Multimedia" file type fields in MultiTerm Online is missing but available in Multiterm Desktop Application

Symptoms/Context

Adding fields of type Multimedia file from MultiTerm Online is not possible. The field is not shown even in the drop-down.
MTO

But the same could be added from Multiterm Desktop application.

Resolution

Defect CRQ-26159 has been raised with our Development and a fix for this issue is expected in a future Trados GroupShare 2020 release.

Root Cause

Root cause for this issue is unknown at the moment.
