It needs to be double-checked in the WAF settings and allow the required security ID(s), which block access to the information on the Trados GroupShare WebUI.
The first approach would be to investigate/review the WAF logs which might return detailed information which rule is blocking the request. When found, it can be excluded in the settings.
Further information can be found here: Troubleshoot - Azure Web Application Firewall | Microsoft Learn
NOTE:
There is no need to completely disable the rule, however, it should be possible to add exceptions for Trados GroupShare.
The Microsoft article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/web-application-firewall/ag/application-gateway-waf-configuration#waf-exclusion-lists shows how to stop blocking the traffic using an exclusion list.
Also https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/web-application-firewall/ag/web-application-firewall-troubleshoot shows troubleshooting steps and it basically provides possibilities how to adjust the WAF for the applications to let traffic get through.
