Trados Team: error message when processing the IDML, ICML or IDD file - Could not scan file for file type IDML 1.0.0.0

Symptoms/Context
When trying to create a cloud project while using the IDML, ICML or IDD source file, the project is created but the File Type Detection Task shows FAILED status with one of the following error messages:

Could not scan file for file type IDML 1.0.0.0 or
Could not scan file for file type ICML Filter 1.0.0.0

Resolution
Enable the Process unsupported file versions option from the IDML filter in Trados Team:
  1. Login to Trados Team account
  2. Go to Resources -> File Type Configurations
  3. Click on the File Type Configuration you intend to adjust
  4. Click on Adobe InDesign CS4-CC IDML -> Other settings
  5. Tick Process unsupported file versions -> Save
User-added image For ICML files, the same steps should be taken for the Adobe InCopy CS4-CC ICML filter
Root Cause
The file was created in a newer version of Adobe InDesign/InCopy and the current file type filter cannot process it.
