Internal SDL users cannot log in to Language Weaver using my SDL User credentials from within Trados Studio 2021/2022.
 

Internal SDL users can use the 1st option.  Single Sign-On (SSO)  authentication method, which doesn't have 10 seconds timeout.

Language Weaver provider for Trados Studio 2021 and 2022 contains 3 ways of authentication to Language Weaver
1. Single Sign-On (SSO)
2. User Credentials (email and password used in Language Weaver)
3. Client Credentials (ClientID and Client secret as defined in Language Weaver)

The 2nd method has a 10 seconds timeout and in some cases -  only for the internal SDL users with emails ending "@sdl.com"  - the API authentication may take longer than 10s.  As a result, the user will be presented with the below generic error message :   

"Unable to login to the Language Weaver EU instance. Verify your credentials by clicking here"
