Customer cannot create a new project in Customer Portal using the "New Project" button. This worked for them a few days ago.  The error message is "The current project templates are invalid. Change your location and try again."  They tried changing the location in the top right, but that did not make a difference.

They had seen notification of new updates to the system when they had logged in.

The project template in Language Cloud had to be opened, make a change, like add a description, then go through all the settings.  They didn't use a Cost Model before, so this was new to them.  They created a dummy Cost Model as they don't use it, went through all the steps, saved the Project Template.  The user in Customer Portal could see the "Project Template" selection that they didn't see before and was able to create projects. 

This opening, going through all the steps, and making one change at least like adding a description and then saving in the Project Template worked and would need to be done for all Project Templates.

Change that was released in the system forced the Cost Model to be added in the Project Template.
