Trados Business Manager - How to add a fixed exchange rate

Trados Business Manager 6
Symptoms/Context
In TBM the latest currency values and Currency rates can be downloaded from the following source, however, some customers choose to manually add fixed currency rates for accounting purposes. 
Resolution
Solution 1 - Download the latest currency rates
  1. In TBM go to Reference Data > Currency Rates 
  2. In the options ribbon just below "Currency Rate" select the option to Download Currency rate.
  3. In the Download Currency rates screen you have the option to adjust the date, select from one of the 6 source providers and select the Currencies needing to be updated.
  4. Once all values in step 3 are set, select OK. The update will automatically download and add the latest currency rate value.
  5. In the Currency Rate screen, you will see a new entry for the updated exchange rate.
Solution 2 - Manually add a new currency rate 
  1. In TBM  go to Reference Data > Currency Rates
  2. Once in the Currency Rate screen, from the options ribbon select Add on the next screen adjust the date, currency, and rate to be used.
  3. Once step 2 is completed select Save and close
Solution 3 - Manually edit an already existing Currency rate
  1. In TBM go to Reference Data > Currency Rates
  2. In the Currency rates screen highlight the record needing to be updated and select Edit on the next screen, adjust the date, currency, and rate to be used.
  3. Once step 2 is completed select Save and close.
