In order to see the users that are using the Trados Studio Subscription-based licenses you need to:
1. Login to your
Language Cloud account in the browser go to
https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/select-account
For the
Trados Live Team subscription, the user has to be an
Administrator on the account to perform this action.
2. Click on the user's icon in the top right corner ->
Manage account ->
Connected Devices tab
You will see here a list of connected devices. Some are only connected from the Web Browser, some from Desktop. Depending on the type of Subscription you have you can have 1 user/license (Trados Studio Professional Named User), or 5 users per 1 license for a Trados Studio Professional Concurrent User license. The 5 users can have Trados Studio activated but they cannot use it at the same time. Only 1 user can use Trados Studio at once for 1 Concurrent User license/subscription.
