Why is RWS making this change?
We are making this change to streamline our Language Weaver URLs. This change is part of our brand transformation to Language Weaver and unifies access to our platform.
When will the change happen?
This change will take place between between February 18th and February 23rd , 2023.
What if my configuration files have already been updated?
We will only be updating configuration files that contain the legacy REST API URL. Any configuration that contains the New REST API URL will not be altered.
What is the expected downtime?
We do not expect there to be any downtime as we are only changing configuration files. This change will not affect jobs currently being processed by your TMS system. Once the change has been made, the new URL will automatically be used.
Who is affected by this change?
If you use Language Weaver in TMS, you will be affected by this change as long as you have not already updated your configuration files to point to the New URL.
How would I know when this is done?
We will be sending a follow-up email once this action has been completed on all TMS systems.
What specifically is being changed?
We will be updating configuration files that use the legacy REST API URL to point to the New REST API URL. We will only be updating .XML configuration files that are configured to use Language Weaver.
