Symptoms/Context

You are trying to align 2 Word files but the process ends with these error messages:

The document is not bilingual since 'tw4winMark' style is not defined
The file you are opening does not contain any bilingual segments

Resolution

This issue is solved by disabling the SDL Trados Translator's Workbench file type from the right side of File> Options> File Types
