Terms from a MultiTerm termbase are not displayed in Trados Studio

Symptoms/Context
When you're translating a document in the Editor view in Trados Studio, while using a MultiTerm termbase, there are no terms displayed in the Term Recognition window, even though there are terms marked with a red line in the target segments.
