Workaroud: Created new sdlxliff using original downloaded package from Trados Team and new TM from provided sdlxliff using correct source and target language.

How to recreate a bilingual SDLXLIFF file in Trados Studio

User did not use the original downloaded package from Trados Live Team and took package offline.  The customer's source language from the file sent does not match the project's source language in TLT.
