Scope/Environment
WorldServer
Question
When exporting a Terminology as TBX file from WorldServer, why the langId in TBX is inconsistent with the locale ID which are defined under Management > Business Rule Linkage > Locales?

Answer
Locale ID will change according to customer environment. However, exported TBX files use langId instead of the locale ID hence you will see the inconsistency of them.
Besides, langId of a specific language can be confirmed in the database table [dbo] [languages] [languageid] column on WS Database.
