Total Words count inside Total Words Graph under Dashboard in Managed Translation(ManTra) shows incorrect values.

For example, if a job is created on March 23rd with wordcount 5240, the Graph shows correct value for a user logging to ManTra from GMT or GMT+1 time zone:



However, if the same is checked by a user based in GMT+5:30 or GMT+6:30 time zones, the count says zero for March 23rd, but the Word count will be added to a previous day:

Development Team has confirmed this is a defect where Chart representation is using a conversion between the local time and Unix timestamp. The utc value received is not being converted to local time leading to count issues in graph.
