You are trying to use a server-based termbase in a Trados Studio project. You go to Project Settings > Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Termbases > Use... > Server-based MultiTerm Termbase and in the Select Termbases window you click on Login..., but the following error occurs:

A connection to MultiTerm Server xxx could not be established.
Invalid Login Details



You are able to open the same termbase in MultiTerm without any errors, when using the same credentials.

Go to File > Setup > Servers. Select your server, click on Edit and in the Authentication step make sure you enable the option Remember me (no matter if you are using GroupShare or Windows authentication).



Restart Trados Studio and try to connect to the termbase again.

The issue has been logged for Development, to implement a fix in a future version of Trados Studio.
