RWS ID is a Single Sign-On authentication method which enables you to access multiple RWS products and services using a single profile.

- SSO for regular users
Regular users who opt for SSO capabilities can use the same credentials (RWS ID) across multiple RWS products and services. - SSO for federated users
Federated users can log in to Trados Enterprise by using the same credentials that they use within their organization.
To verify if
SSO is correctly mapped to the
Trados Enterprise, check the
Email Domain and the
Feterated Groups mapping.
The first step ( Email Domains )
- Open the Trados Enterprise admin page
- Select from the Utils drop-down menu Emails Domain
- Sort by CONNECTION ID and find the tenant's name
- Here we can see all the email domains associated with this customer.

Second step
- Also from the TE Admin page
- select the Customer Menu and search the Tenant ID
- click on the Contact email, another window will show.
- Select Domain Mappings
- If this information is missing get in touch with - Fasil Aziz: Director, Technical Solutions
if all the information is available, we can confirm the Email Domains are associated with Trados Enterprise Federated Group.
