You're trying to generate a targe file in Passolo and Error - API restriction: The assembly NAME has already been loadedshows up
Resolution
Go to String list Settings > Setup > Parser Options > and clear the box Caching assemblies for all parsed files Or create separate projects for the DLLs that use the same name.
Root Cause
The Passolo LPU has multiple DLLs with the same name loaded from different folders. The caching mechanism cannot load multiple DLLs and will throw the error.
