Language Weaver - User unable to login to Language Weaver or authenticate for the Microsoft plugin

Scope/Environment
Language Weaver
Symptoms/Context
A customer user is unable to login into Language Weaver or authenticate to use the Microsoft Office add-in for for Language Weaver.
Resolution
In
Language Weaver > Manage > Accounts> <Customer Account> > Users
, locate the user and open the
User Details.
Deselect the
Active
checkbox and
Save.
Select the
Active
checkbox and
Save
again.
Root Cause
Though the Language Weaver user details showed the
Active
checkbox was selected, the user was not active in the
Users
list.
