Some Users cannot log in for the first time to Trados Enterprise or Customer Portal via SSO

Scope/Environment
Customer Portal and Trados Enterprise
Symptoms/Context
When a new user tries to login to Customer Portal or Trados Enterprise they get the error message as shown below (You are not Authorized to access Trados)
Resolution
There are 2 solutions when the issue occurred:
Ask your IT department to correct the user email address with only lower-case characters
Ask RWS Support to add a new domain with the upper-case characters in your SSO environment
Root Cause
The SSO domains that been configured for client's Trados Enterprise or Customer Portal environment, would usually only contain lower-case characters (ex: @mydomainname.com). If the user email address has any upper-case characters (ex: my.email.address@MydomainName.com) they won't be able to authenticate in TE or CP via SSO.
