Trados Enterprise / Trados Team - File processing error: Source file is corrupted, please try to resave it

Symptoms/Context
We keep getting an error message when trying to launch a project. It's telling us that the source file is corrupt and to re-save it.


FPS_ERROR, File processing error: Source file is corrupted, please try to resave it

I've done that and when I open the file, I see no errors. Are there any workarounds to get this to process?
Resolution
Change the sensitivity label of the source file to "Public" or "No label" to allow it to be processed by Trados.

Root Cause
Trados does not have access to process restricted files. These restrictions must be removed from the file before it can be processed in Trados.
