I have received a Word file with two columns, one with the source language and one with the target language. Can I upload this file in Studio (to do post-editing, for example)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible, since bilingual Word is a legacy filter.
The workaround is to copy the Word columns into Excel and use the Bilingual Excel filter to process the files in Studio.
