Trados Cloud Platform: "Client Disconnected" error trying to open Online Editor

Symptoms/Context
After the Trados domain change to cloud.trados.com and eu.cloud.trados.com on November 9th, 2024, users are unable to open a file in Online Editor and the error: "Client Disconnected" is shown:

Opening TM Maintenance Editor also throws "Not able to establish a connection, please try to refresh!" error":

Resolution
Clear the browser cache and cookies. Login to Trados Cloud afresh and reopen TM Maintenance Editor or the file in Online Editor.

Additionally, using Trados Cloud in Browser InCognito mode will also help.
Root Cause
The root cause is related to the cookies used by the new website that Language Cloud has been moved to (https://eu.cloud.trados.com/). Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser (Google Chrome) should resolve the issue temporarily, until you visit trados.com again. After that you will need to clear the cache and cookies again as there are some conflicting cookies.

Defect CRQ-40468 has been raised to Development Team for a permanent fix.
