Trados Accelerate / Cloud / Enterprise / Team: Online Editor Preview button missing when working with certain file types

For one / some file types the Preview button is not available when the file is opened in the Online Editor. In the example below, it is available and that is where it should be if the Preview for that file type would work.

Contact RWS Sales to check if the preview is available for the file type in question and, if it is, request that it is enabled for your tenant.

Not all file types are able to be previewed in Online Editor. For those that are, the preview for each file type is controlled by an entitlement that needs to be enabled on the account / tenant.
