Trados Accelerate / Cloud / Enterprise / Team: No Preview button for Adobe InDesign (IDML) file in Online Editor

You have paid for Adobe InDesign (IDML) preview functionality in Online Editor. However, when you open a file for editing and choose View, the Preview button is missing.

Enable the Adobe InDesign Preview

 

1. Download and install the AdobeInDesign Preview app from the RWS AppStore by following the on-screen instructions.
   
   
    
2. Go to Resources -> File Type Configurations, and click on the configuration that you want to use the IDML preview with (or click Default File Type Configuration if you do not use multiple file type configurations).
    
3. Scroll down to Adobe InDesign CS4-CC IDML, ensure there is a tick next to it, and then click its name to open its options.
    
4. Scroll down to Preview Settings, and expand them. Once done, tick the box next to InDesign Preview Extension if it is not already enabled.
   
   
    
5. Click Save twice. (Note that if you haven't made any changes, the Save button will be greyed out, so click Cancel twice instead.)

The AdobeInDesign Preview app is not installed on the tenant.
